Hey all, new to the forum here and I've spent the day searching and couldn't really find what I was lookin for. I just adopted a 9 week old Dogo puppy and I'm a bit worried of his weight. I weighed him today and he's at 6.2 lbs. Throughout all the research I've read, before and now that I have the puppy, say males typically weigh in around 25-27 lbs at 9 weeks. He's super active and is running around playing all day. His brother from the same litter was about twice his size. Im just worried about him being so small and having health issues or anything like that. My thought is that his bigger siblings bullied him out of food so he didn't grow as quickly. I will be putting him on a raw diet and hopefully we can catch up and get him in line with a healthy weight. Here is a photo of him currently - 9 Weeks and 6.2lbs and his big brother from the previous litter. Just over a year and 105lbs. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated! Attachments:
